Section 2 – Custom & Made-to-Order Nature

The Stylish Stoner Boutique specializes in custom-crafted, made-to-order apparel. Please acknowledge the following:

• Individual Production: Each item is created specifically based on your provided design, size, and specifications. We do not maintain a ready-made inventory.
• Finality of Orders: Once an order enters the production phase (typically 12 hours after placement), it cannot be modified or canceled.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded designs and selected sizes.

Section 3 – Product Representation & Variations

We strive to display our product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to digital display variations and the nature of sublimation printing on fabric, minor differences between the on-screen mockup and the physical product may occur. These variations are inherent to the custom manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

Section 4 – Payments & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By submitting an order, you confirm that the provided payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Section 5 – Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: When you upload designs or logos, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to fulfill your order. You warrant that you own the rights to all submitted content.

Our Content: All site design, text, graphics, and brand elements are the exclusive property of We Can Custom LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Section 6 – Limitation of Liability

The Stylish Stoner Boutique and its parent company, We Can Custom LLC, shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by U.S. law.

Section 7 – Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
