We provide a 12-hour grace period for cancellations after an order is placed. Because our personalized production process begins immediately after this window to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

3. Returns & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, we exclusively accept returns or provide replacements for manufacturer errors or defects. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will resolve any production errors at no additional cost to you.
Qualifying Issues for Replacement:
- Sizing Error: The physical dimensions of the garment significantly differ from the size chart or the size selected in your order.
- Printing Errors: The graphics, logos, or designs are noticeably different from the approved order.
- Product Defects: Items that arrive with visible damage, tears, or printing artifacts caused during production.
IMPORTANT: We cannot accept returns for “change of mind,” subjective dissatisfaction, or incorrect size selection by the customer. Please consult our sizing guides carefully before finalizing your order.
4. Return Requirements & Logistics

- Replacements: For verified defects, we prioritize a new production run and ship your replacement via Express Shipping at no extra cost.
