• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time.
• Production begins shortly after your order confirmation is received.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin after the production process is complete. We ship worldwide from our U.S. base.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

• Orders over $99.00 USD: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping within the United States.
• Orders under $99.00 USD: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all domestic U.S. orders.

3. Tracking & Address Accuracy

• Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
